shortcut for hue saturation tighten color range?

Hi,
For situations like adjusting red blotch in the face, we use hue saturation and tighten the color range/feather downside hue saturation window. But that color range thing is too tiny for a mouse to adjust, every small move will influence a lot.
Is there any trick or keyboard shortcut for this adjustment?

There is a trick (not aware keyboard shortcut). Move your mouse to the left side of the Hue Sat Properties box until the cursor turns into a double arrow head.

Drag the box as wide as you need to go and you will find the colour range needs much more movement to change
