I doubt it's that easy, as you have to match the distance between the boards and account for it being slanted. I would clone bit by bit, adding some paths as guides.

Use adjustment layers and masks. There are like 3 different styles there. In order to show you how to get a specific image to resemble the look of another specific image, you need to show both images. Every file is different.

Do you own the print shop? You will have to handle prepress with them no matter how much of a precision nerd you are, and then there are various issues with ink, and offset and all sorts of things.
It makes sense do go the extra mile...

You hire a pre press printing specialist and everything is handled with those profiles in mind, as a retoucher your job is to work within limitations, there are no limitless files that will work everywhere.

What was problematic about the Anne Hathaway file? It is not a matter of personal taste, you just don't destroy well retouched files, even if you can't get a grasp of what makes an image good.
You could use images where overexposed...

I think that those tasks should be looked on as breaks. What I have been doing, and that is retouching for 10 hours a day, every day, then followed by periods of just e-mailing all day is definitely not a good route.
