It has been my experience that some printing places (online for me) can use a 72 or 96 dpi res image to make an excellent card, or printing job. They can adjust the dpi upwards them selves.

Just want to and an FYI here.
If you have an image of any dimension and want a larger one oh say for printing. If the original was something like 72 dpi and 4 x 6 inches inches in physical size you can sometimes output a really good...

I finally took time to try this one out. Not sure what to call the technique. Used photoshop, did the embossing texture thing, and then Topaz Adjust.
Larger version looks better but don't have it loaded anywhere yet....

Used Auto Painter Express and then used a mask to do some fill in using Photoshop CS5, also texturing and sharpen in PS....
