Do learn masking, but try to nail down not just the expected masking routines, but get down and dirty with apply image and calculations, learn how to mask based on luminosity and hue. The amount of time a good mask can save and the work it also...Leave a comment:

What genf said. I would say it is a bit of a lazy retouch. clone marks are still visible, no discernible d&b, the hair could do with some work for strays and the like, the lips should also be retouched and the eyes need more work too.
