the easiest way is just by using an adjustment layer called "selective color" and experimenting with the settings like making the blacks "blue-ish" make yellow pops and add more magenta

what is the best way of removing flying hair? Usually I'd go with the clone stamp but sometimes it gives me blotchy results...
and about the expression change I made, was only for my personal taste, the before image gave me...

as a photographer and retoucher myself, i should say your job is pretty amazing, but i have a few tips that may help...
you may consider working on your website, it needs a better design, something more elegant and simple, because it looks...

btw didn't removed some small details because im working without my wacom tablet :S im just using my trackpad......

the bloches with dodge and burn, and some surface blur, overall i've used a lot of d&b to create even surface around the gym ceiling and floor. then for the crisp look, bring back some texture by sharpening...

well i gave it a more commercial look! hehe i made the colors even, corrected some bloches, removed some cables and distractors, added some reflections, removed distortion, added sharpness etc, etc...

it's not difficult to so something like that in PS, i've achieved something pretty similar by just blurring and using different blending modes, such as multiply, screen, hardlight, softlight.
and some adjustment layers like hue&saturation, color balance....
